FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • RESERVATIONS
    Make a new reservation Please fill out the reservation request form by clicking HERE and one of our specialists will reach out to you to help you plan the perfect night out.   • AGE POLICY
    We are always 21+ unless the event is noted otherwise. We do not allow minors regardless if they are accompanied by a parent or spouse. All guests must present a valid government ID. In order to be accepted, temporary IDs provided by the Texas DPS must be accompanied by an email confirmation from the DPS at time of renewal. We do not accept out of state digital IDs.
  • COVER CHARGE
    Our cover charge starts at $10 and may increase once our legal capacity has been reached. Cover may vary for holidays, concerts and special events. Please check our EVENTS page as we often have free entry offers.
  • MILITARY AND FIRST RESPONDERS
    We offer complimentary admission for all active military and first responders. Please show your active ID to the cashier to claim this benefit. This offer may not be valid for concerts, special events, or holidays.
  • PARKING
    We offer both complimentary and valet parking. Valet parking is $10.
  • LOST & FOUND
    Please email our GM directly and she will check our lost and found on the next day in the office. Please note no one is at the venue Sundays through Thursdays. mluna@whiskeyrivertexas.com
  • CREDIT CARD CHARGES
    Many times, guests see multiple charges from Whiskey River when they open a tab during their visits. We only process the final amount when the tab is close out. The other charges/holds are on your bank’s end and should fall off your account within five business days. If you still have questions or want to request a copy of your tab, please email mluna@whiskeyrivertexas.com . Please be sure to include the date of your visit, name as it appears on your credit card and the last five digits of your credit card.
  • FORGOT TO CLOSE TAB
    Don’t worry. We close all open tabs at the end of the business day and add 18% gratuity. To request a copy of your tab, please email mluna@whiskeyrivertexas.com . Please be sure to include the date of your visit, name as it appears on your credit card and the last five digits of your credit card.
  • FOOD
    We do offer food during our hours of business. Our menu can be found HERE
  • DANCE LESSONS
    We offer complimentary dance lessons on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Our Thursday lessons focus on Latin dance and run from 8:30 pm to 9:30 pm. On Fridays, we offer both intermediate and beginner lessons. The intermediate lessons are from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm, followed by the beginner lessons from 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm. On Saturdays we have beginner lessons from 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm. Don’t worry if you do not have a partner, as it is not required to join in on the fun.

  • DRESS CODE
    Our dress code is easy to follow: We kindly ask that you avoid tank tops (men), sleeveless shirts (men), anything offensive or inappropriate, baggy white t-shirts and baggy athletic gear. When in doubt, don’t wear it out. Just come ready to have fun, and we’ll take care of the rest.
